DEMO-1 — June 2026. Triggered 1st of month 8am AEDT 5-stage workflow: Drafting → PM Interrogation → PM Sign → COO Endorse → FC Endorse → Director.
The EOM trigger fires automatically on the 1st of each month. You can also start the June 2026 close-out now — it snapshots this month's certified claims, variations, cashflow position and WIP from the live finance dashboard.
System snapshots claim status, variations, programme, HSEQ, photos and financials into raw_data_snapshot.
Assistant asks pointed questions referencing specific numbers from the snapshot. Up to 3 follow-up rounds per question if PM's answer is unsatisfactory.
PM reviews the compiled report and signs (JWT attestation with content hash).
COO endorses or rejects with reason (returns to PM).
FC endorses or rejects (returns to PM).
Final report PDF emailed to Director and archived.
PM signs first (5 business days), COO endorses (3 days), FC endorses (3 days). Each signature is a JWT attestation with a SHA-256 hash of the content. Rejections return to PM with a written reason. Director receives the final report only after FC has endorsed (Director cannot sign).
