AUDIT E2E resolution: Duct rerouted 200mm east per official response. No cost/programme impact. Coordination model updated. Closed.
Formal project answer. Once sent, this is treated as the contractual response.
OFFICIAL RESPONSE (AUDIT E2E): Reroute the stair pressurisation duct 200mm to the east per M-121 Rev C revised setout. Sprinkler main remains as-built. No cost impact; nil programme impact. Proceed on this basis.

AUDIT E2E discussion note: Reviewed coordination model 2026-04-18. Sprinkler main appears to have ~150mm clash. Awaiting structural confirmation before official response.
