004-MIRA — choose the kind of formal record. Each type opens its own structured form. Contractual notices carry their clause-specific fields (EOT delay days, breach cure period, termination grounds, and so on).

Instruction
Formal instruction notice.
RFI
Request-for-information raised as a formal notice.
Variation proposal
Proposed variation carrying a value and time impact.
Claim dispute
Dispute against a claim, with reference and amount.
Site instruction
Site-instruction-style notice (lightweight; the full SI register is a separate type).
EOT notice
Extension-of-time claim carrying delay days and a reason category.
Practical completion
Practical-completion notice with a claimed date.
Defect notification
Defect notice with a location and severity.
Breach notification
Breach notice carrying a clause reference and a cure period.
Termination notice
Termination notice carrying an effective date and grounds clause.

Site instructions

Site instruction
Numbered formal direction to a subcontractor or consultant, with cost / time impact and an acknowledgement loop.

Programme

Programme notice
Notify a subbie of an on-site requirement with their lead time and on-site dates; they acknowledge through the portal.

Rectification

Rectification notice
Issue a defect / NCR notice to a subcontractor; they action it and you verify or close it unresolved.
