How the score is built

RFI responsiveness (25 pts): % of BIC RFIs responded within SLA over the last 14 days.
Claim certification cadence (25 pts): % of claims certified within 10 business days of submission.
Variation throughput (15 pts): last-7-day touches vs the user's own 4-week rolling average. Capped at 100 — burnout doesn't earn a bonus.
Daily-log discipline (15 pts): distinct days with ≥1 log entry / 10 business days. Only counted for PM and Site Supervisor roles.
Checklist adherence (10 pts): % of role-checklist items done within SLA. Wave 5 deliverable.
HSEQ closure (10 pts): % of HSEQ items the user owns resolved within the severity SLA (critical 1d, high 3d, medium 7d, low 14d).
Users with zero events in a dimension have that dimension excluded; the remaining weights renormalise so the composite stays on a 0-100 scale.
